Support
Use this page for troubleshooting, contact details, and clear boundaries around what the extension can and cannot provide.
Tuner does not sell or provide IPTV subscriptions, TV channels, playlists, EPG guides, or streaming content. For access, billing, account, channel, or subscription problems, contact your playlist or stream provider.

Try another channel from the same playlist, use the signal check, and confirm that the stream works in another player. Some provider streams may be offline, blocked, expired, or unsupported by Chrome.
Some MPEG-TS streams use audio codecs that Chrome cannot decode. If your provider offers HLS/M3U8 output, use that format when available.
Add a valid XMLTV URL in the EPG tab or enable guide loading when your playlist/provider declares an EPG URL. Tuner does not search public guide catalogs by channel name.
These are Chrome and device features. Availability depends on your browser version, operating system, connected devices, and Chrome settings.
Remove saved playlists inside the extension. You can also uninstall the extension to remove its local Chrome extension storage according to Chrome's normal behavior.
Email contact@meenaglobalsolutions.com with the extension version, Chrome version, operating system, stream format if known, and a short description of the issue.
Do not send playlist passwords unless support specifically asks for a safer diagnostic path. If you include a playlist or stream URL, make sure you are allowed to share it.
